Here’s an overview of our Open First Aid at Work Courses anyone can book to attend in Manchester, Wigan and Bolton. This round-up covers courses from January to July 2017 but please click on the links below to visit the individual course pages for subsequent dates.
We have three different types of open First Aid at Work courses available:
- Emergency first aid at work courses – 1 day – £85 per person excluding VAT
- First aid at work courses – 3 days – £165 per person excluding VAT
- First aid at work requalification course – 2 days – £95 per person excluding VAT

Emergency First Aid at Work Course
This is a 1 day course where you can learn all the essentials of emergency first aid. How to deal with common incidents like choking, shock, bleeding, breaks and burns. You’ll also learn about CPR, the recovery position and law relating to first aid. The course costs £85 per person excluding VAT.

First Aid at Work Courses
This is a three day course covering more serious and multiple injuries and going into more detail for all elements of First Aid at Work. It is for people with overall responsibility for First Aid or for those working at companies with a higher risk of incidents. The course costs £165 per person excluding VAT.

First Aid at Work Requalification Course
The First Aid at Work qualification lasts for 3 years. This course is for anyone wanting to renew their qualification before it expires. If your existing certificate is not in date you will need to attend the full 3 day course again. The course costs £105 per person excluding VAT.
