Hi, this is a really long time ago and since this picture was taken I’ve been through a lot! School in the South, College in the NorthWest and a career in Hospitality and Catering taking me through many Hotel Departments (mainly the food side), into large venues – opening and running The NYNEX Arena (Manchester), Newcastle Arena, Oberhausen Arena (Germany) as Food Service Manager. Then Operations Manager for Blackpool Pleasure Beach – responsible for 13 venues from Ice Cream stands to high end restaurants; bars to cocktail lounges; shows and cabaret events. Enough of the late nights and into training and for the past 14 years delivering NVQ’s, Food Safety/Heath & Safety/First Aid training – Wow! Now I know where the wrinkles are from!
